Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, items must be in the same condition as when delivered—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If you discover a defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non‑Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.


EU Cooling‑Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without explanation. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at kristawheeler9387@gmail.com.
